FRIDAY, JUNE 7 (DAY 1)
SATURDAY, JUNE 8 (DAY 2)
In this year’s TLU Huntington Beach Medical Malpractice Workshop – “Beyond the Basics” – we will present topics seldom addressed in conventional CLE workshops. We will discuss the philosophy of winning medical malpractice cases as informed by the teaching of Sun Tzu in The Art of War. From ancient wisdom to modern trends, you will also learn the nuts and bolts of AI and how to apply this burgeoning technology to medical malpractice case, including legal research, document drafting, inter-office automation and more. You will also hear from preeminent medical malpractice experts as well as a hospital administrator who will help you understand that every medical malpractice case is a systems failure case and how to work the case up in that framework. This two-day workshop will be led by nationally acclaimed medical malpractice trial lawyer, Lloyd Bell, of Bell Law Firm, along with numerous other medical malpractice lawyers from around the country. This is a must-attend event for any lawyer that wishes to succeed in the arena of medical malpractice.
